You probably know from your own experience that the area around the dog bowl can sometimes look like a battlefield.

Not only does it look unappetizing, but it also means extra cleaning.

Since we’d rather walk the dog than mop the floor, we sat down and developed this dog bowl mat.

What started as a small project turned out to be one of our biggest challenges.

The material had to be flexible and the underside non-slip. The edges had to be raised to prevent spills.

But the bigger the challenge, the greater the pride in the finished product, even if it’s just a dog bowl mat!
